Matt Laughlin is a coach, former licensed psychotherapist, entrepreneur, and father of four boys. He lives with his family in the mountains outside Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

For nearly two decades, Matt has helped people navigate life's most important decisions and transitions. Drawing from his background in psychotherapy, business, and coaching, he works with business owners, leaders, and individuals seeking greater clarity, integrity, and wholehearted commitment.

In addition to his coaching practice, Matt and his wife operate Cougar Gulch Retreat, a vacation rental in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. Matt is also the founder of Fires of the Saints, a hand-crafted steel fire pit company inspired by sacred art.
